
As the marketing leader for OpenSpace, I spearheaded a high-impact strategy to establish the company as the definitive global standard for visual intelligence in construction. This work included executing a comprehensive rebrand and new category launch that successfully repositioned OpenSpace and drove significant commercial results, doubling expansion ARR quarter-over-quarter. Beyond category creation, I directed the market evolution from a single application to a robust multi-product platform (OpenSpace BIM+, OpenSpace Air, OpenSpace Field, and OpenSpace Progress Tracking), integrating tightly with top industry partners to maximize customer value.
Key performance indicators demonstrate the success of these initiatives: under my direction, we have achieved remarkable growth, scaling ARR 3.6X while growing customer utilization from 7B square feet of jobsite imagery captured to 52B (7.4X). I also launched and managed the company’s premier user conference, Waypoint, which became a pivotal platform for unveiling cutting-edge spatial AI capabilities, attracting over 2,500 registrants.
